Malavika Mohanan in Torani Lehenga at The Raja Saab Pre-Release Event

Malavika Mohanan stole the spotlight at the grand Pre-Release Event of her Telugu debut film, The Raja Saab, held at the Kaithalapur Grounds in Hyderabad on December 27, 2025. Dressed in a regal ensemble that perfectly matched the grandeur of the pan-Indian project, Malavika’s look became an instant fashion highlight of the evening.

Styled by Pranita Shetty, Malavika wore a custom-made black lehenga set by the luxury label Torani. The outfit featured a fitted black blouse with a sweetheart neckline, heavily embellished with rich antique gold floral embroidery. She paired it with a voluminous, floor-grazing black lehenga skirt adorned with vertical gold panels that added structure and royalty to the silhouette. A sheer black dupatta draped effortlessly over one shoulder completed the monochromatic yet opulent look.

Her styling was kept sophisticated to let the heavy embroidery shine. She accessorized with statement gold earrings with white pearls from the brand Outhouse and a matching ring, eschewing a necklace to highlight her neckline. Her hair was styled in loose, voluminous waves with a side part, and her makeup featured a warm matte base, soft smoky eyes, and nude lips, giving her a sultry, “Rani-like” glow.

Malavika, who plays the character Bhairavi in the horror-comedy, charmed the audience with her speech, calling her co-star Prabhas “Darling” and “Rebel God”. The event also saw her sharing the stage with fellow leading ladies Nidhhi Agerwal and Riddhi Kumar ahead of the film’s release on January 9, 2026.
