Nithin and Raashi Khanna starrer ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’ which hit the screens on August 9 is running successfully with positive talk. On this occasion the success meet was held on August 13 in Hyderabad. Nithin, Raashi Khanna, Nanditha Swetha, Sathish Vegesna, Dil Raju, Ajay, Sithara and Satyam Rajesh and some others were seen at the event.

On this occasion, Dil Raju said, “In my 15-year-long cine career, I have made over 30 films. I am in a state of confusion. I have never been in confusion like this before. Though there were speed breakers, I bounced back with successes. Last year I did 6 films and all became success. Last month, we released ‘Lover’. It didn’t work well. It was very clear. But, for ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’ there were positive vibes right from the beginning. We were confident that we have made a good film. After receiving appreciations from the people who watched the preview, our confidence levels increased. The first review from US was also positive. We felt that 80 to 90 percent audience liked the film. The film has got mixed reviews from the noon show. Youth, reviewers and netizens are spreading mixed reviews. Collections moved down on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, family audience started coming to theatres. They loved the film. We were confused. To know the feedback of audience, we have printed feedback cards and distributed them to 60 theatres. In contradiction to social media reviews, audience have given positive reviews. After making self-analysis, I can confidently say that we have made a good film. I wish and hope audience will take the film forward with positive mouth talk.”

About his next, Dil Raju said, “We are making a film titled ‘Thank You’ under Sathish’s direction. ‘Meeku Ela Cheppalo’ is the tagline. The film will have all entertaining and youthful elements which youth are feeling that they missed in ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’. We will come to you with an amazing story.”

Director Sathish Vegesna said, “As a director, the appreciation I received from our producer Dil Raju has given me so much work satisfaction. Hero, heroine and all artists and technicians who worked for ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’ are very happy. Family audience are loving the film.”

Hero Nithin is also in a stage of confusion. He said, “Even though my father is also a distributor, I am confused. I wish and hope that family audience will make the film success by spreading the positive talk. I feel it as a privilege that I am part of this wonderful film. ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’ is the best movie in my career. I would like to work with Sathish garu. I wish it will be ‘Thank You’ movie. Our combination will surely deliver a hit movie.”

Sithara, Nanditha Swetha and some others too spoke at the event and expressed happiness for being part of ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’.

Sathish Vegesna is the director. Dil Raju, Sirish and Lakshman are producers. The film also stars Jayasudha, Rajendra Prasad, Prakash Raaj, Naresh and Nandita Swetha in important roles.
