Payal Rajput glam stills in lehanga at her upcoming Telugu movie Mangalavaram Trailer Launch.
Megastar Chiranjeevi on Saturday released the trailer of RX100 director Ajay Bhupathi’s third directorial venture, Mangalavaaram. One of the film’s producers Swathi Reddy is a friend of his daughter Sreeja. “I get excited to see youth, especially women, taking a plunge into different branches of the industry. They can give a new direction to filmmaking and marketing with their new ideas and energy,” the megastar wrote before wishing the unit a super duper success.
Nearly three minutes in length, the trailer opens with a picturesque village witnessing spooky incidents. Some adorn the walls with a write up asking a young couple to be excused from their extra -marital affair much to the villager’s shock. In fact, the village is filled with wolves dressed in sheep clothing. Soon the village witnesses some deaths every Tuesday. “The deaths are taking place every Tuesday, which is Goddess Mahalaxmi’s favourite day of the week,” says a character. The fear overwhelms the place and the villagers fear nerve-wracking tension as to see who will be dead next Tuesday. Very late into the trailer, enters the character played by Payal Rajput, who seems to be in love with someone and doesn’t shy away from making love to him. This episode seems to later set off a chain of events which leads villagers to run helter-skelter for their lives. Ajay doesn’t reveal much in terms of the plot, asking the viewers to deduce the happenings from his visuals.
