Prasanna Vadanam narrates the tale of a protagonist grappling with a rare medical condition known as face blindness, rendering every individual he encounters as a mere blur. The storyline revolves around the mild-mannered protagonist navigating the challenges posed by this unique condition, leading him into the midst of a crime scenario fraught with violence and peril. The essence of the narrative lies in how he copes with these circumstances.

Promising to be a dark thriller infused with black humor, Prasanna Vadanam boasts a distinctive concept as its core element. The cast includes Payal Radhakrishna, Rashi Singh, Harsha Chemudu, Nitin Prasanna, Sai Swetha, and Kushalini. Produced by Manikanta J S and Prasad Reddy T R under the banner of Little Thoughts Cinemas, the film marks the directorial debut of Arjun Y K, previously known for his role as an associate director in films like Arya 2 (2009) and 100% Love (2011).

Vijay Bulganin serves as the music director for the project, with cinematography by S. Chandrasekaran and editing by Karthika Srinivas R. Despite the anticipation surrounding Prasanna Vadanam, the makers have yet to announce an official release date.
