Payal Chengappa made a stylish appearance at the Mayookha movie success meet in Hyderabad, turning heads in a stunning burgundy ruched halter bodycon maxi dress.

The outfit, crafted from stretch slinky jersey and sheer mesh, featured a sweetheart neckline with a twisted bust detail that beautifully complemented her silhouette. The closely ruched fabric around the hips, delicate halter ties, and flowing fit-and-flare skirt added elegance to her glamorous appearance. A long draped tie at the centre front gave the dress a distinctive finish. Payal accessorised her look with sparkling star-shaped earrings featuring pearl drops, a gold bangle, a wristwatch, and a delicate ring. Her voluminous black hair, soft rosy lipstick, defined eyebrows, and subtle eye makeup completed her sophisticated look.

The Mayookha movie success meet celebrated the Telugu suspense thriller completing a successful 25-day theatrical run. Directed by Shree Tej S.K. and produced by Sasidhar Nalla under Prashvitha Entertainment, the film was released on October 9, 2026. Featuring Payal Chengappa in the lead role, the story follows a young woman facing disturbing incidents amid a series of murders targeting single women.
