King of Entertainment Sri Vishnu is going to entertain with the wholesome entertainer #Single under the banner of the prestigious production house Geetha Arts. Ketika Sharma and Ivana are playing the female leads in this film, while Vennela Kishore plays a key role. The film is directed by Karthik Raju. Geetha Arts is presented by mega producer Allu Aravind and the film is being produced by Vidya Koppineedi, Bhanu Prathapa and Riaz Chaudhary in association with Kalya Films. The teaser trailer songs that have already been released have created a huge buzz about the film. #Single will hit the theaters on May 9. On this occasion, heroine Ketika Sharma shared the features of the film in a press conference.

How did you come to this project? How did it feel to work at Geetha Arts?
It has always been my wish to work at Geetha Arts. When Allu Aravind presents a film, it definitely has amazing content. When I got a call about this film, I was happy to finally be working at Geetha Arts. I enjoyed the story a lot. This is a very fun-filled film. A very good entertainer with a perfect star cast.

What will your character be like in this film?
I will be seen in the character Poorva in this film. She is a very independent, practical girl. The emotion in this story comes through my character. Although there are some serious elements, it is an out and out romantic comedy entertainer. The love story of this film is also very interesting. My character is very relatable.

How was it working with Sri Vishnu garu?
Sri Vishnu garu is a wonderful person, very simple and very humble. He was very supportive in acting as well. Sri Vishnu garu’s comedy timing is very unique. He improvises dialogues on the spot. His performance is very spontaneous. Working with him is a really great experience.

How was it working with Ivana?
Ivana is very beautiful and girly. We had one or two scenes on screen. But off screen we became very good friends. She is a very positive person.

The song Adida Surprise that you did in Robin Wood went viral.. And is there a dance number like that in it?
The song Adida Surprise going viral gave me a lot of happiness. There is no such dancing number in the single. This is an out and out fun filled entertainer. A well packaged super entertaining film. You will laugh heartily while watching the movie.

Are you happy with your career?
I am very happy with my career. Winning or losing is not in our hands. The only thing that is in our hands is working. I always try to celebrate my career without thinking about the results. I really feel lucky to continue as an actress.

Do you have any dream role?
I want to do a film like Rashmika Mandanna‘s upcoming film Girlfriend in Geetha Arts. In it, Rashmika’s character is very beautiful. It is my dream to do such a character. I also want to do performance-oriented roles like Sai Pallavi and Keerthy Suresh.

Did you find any scene difficult while making this film?
Comedy is very difficult. Doing comedy is not that easy. I found the interval bang in this very challenging. It was very difficult to match Sri Vishnu garu’s timing.

About the new projects you are doing?
I am doing a film in Hindi. I am also doing a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. There are some other projects, which the makers will reveal.

What will you tell the audience about the single?
The single will be released on May 9th. Everyone, come to the theaters with your family. This is the summer romantic comedy of the year. A movie that will give the audience the laughter they need.
