Speaking at the inauguration, Bhavya Reddy said, “Abhinaya beautifully weaves the stories of our weavers and artisans. It’s more than an exhibition, it’s a celebration of India’s cultural legacy. I urge everyone to come and support these creators.” Trendz founder Santhi Kathiravan emphasized the exhibition’s mission to empower artisans and new designers. “Abhinaya is a platform to spotlight sustainable fashion and promote traditional crafts. We want to offer visibility to the talent that drives India’s textile industry,” she said. Bhavya Reddy's outfit featured an intricately embellished crop top in rich golden tones, adorned with delicate embroidery work that caught the light beautifully. The sleeveless design with its modest neckline struck the perfect balance between traditional elegance and modern sophistication. The detailed craftsmanship was evident in every thread, showcasing the skilled artistry that goes into creating such exquisite pieces. Paired with the ornate top was a flowing golden skirt that cascaded gracefully to the floor. The ensemble's monochromatic golden palette created a cohesive and regal appearance that embodied luxury and refinement. The choice to style the look with traditional jewelry, including layered pearl necklaces, added an authentic touch that honored classic Indian aesthetics.
