Anupama Parameswaran looked effortlessly charming during a recent promotional interview for her Telugu film Crazy Kalyanam. Known for her infectious smile, gorgeous curly hair and refreshing fashion choices, the actress embraced a vibrant contemporary look for the movie promotions. Dressed in a stylish green printed co-ord set, Anupama combined playful colours, modern silhouettes and minimal accessories to create a memorable appearance.
For the Crazy Kalyanam movie promotional interview, Anupama Parameswaran opted for a striking lime-green and olive-green co-ord ensemble featuring eye-catching abstract prints. Her outfit consisted of a fitted, full-sleeved crop top paired with a matching high-waisted pleated skirt, creating a beautiful balance between contemporary style and feminine elegance.
The cropped top featured a round neckline, a body-hugging silhouette and long fitted sleeves. The artistic patterns combined shades of chartreuse, olive green, forest green, turquoise blue, earthy brown and subtle red accents, giving the outfit a vibrant, painterly appearance.
The matching pleated skirt added movement and texture to the ensemble. Its finely pleated fabric and colourful abstract motifs complemented the fitted crop top, making the coordinated outfit look both fashionable and comfortable.
The combination of bold prints, refreshing green tones and a flattering silhouette made Anupama's outfit an attractive choice for her film promotions.
As part of the movie's promotional activities, Anupama Parameswaran interacted with the media and shared interesting details about Crazy Kalyanam, her character and the film's emotional storyline.
The actress plays Keerthi, an independent-minded young woman who has strong opinions about marriage, relationships and equality. During the promotional interviews, Anupama explained that her character believes marriage should be a partnership built on mutual understanding and shared responsibilities.
Did you feel free to share your thoughts and opinions about this film?
Yes. In some films, we don't get much opportunity to share our thoughts. We just play the role given to us and move on. But 'Crazy Kalyanam' is not that kind of film. In this, we got a good opportunity to share our opinions, discuss ideas, and make the scenes better.
I shared my ideas with director Badrappa garu. Naresh garu, Akhil, Tarun and I all used to discuss the scenes, the characters' behavior and acting. We all tried together to make the scenes more natural and effective.
In this film, I speak in Telangana dialect. I didn't go to any workshops specifically to learn that dialect. I carefully observed the way our director spoke and understood his pronunciation before delivering my dialogues.
How was it like working with senior actor Dr. Naresh Vijayakrishna?
Working with a senior actor like Naresh garu is always inspiring. His passion and dedication towards acting have impressed me a lot. His experience and energy in acting create a good atmosphere on the sets. One can learn a lot by working with him.
We all believe that we have made a good film with 'Crazy Kalyanam'. Our parents have already seen the film. They liked the film a lot. Especially even though they don't speak Telugu, they connected well to the emotions in the film. Their response proved that language is not a barrier if the emotions in a story are understandable to everyone.
The audience feels like they are watching the events happening in their own homes while watching this film. The characters, family relationships, fun scenes, and emotions in this film are relatable to everyone. We hope that the audience will go to the theaters during this Dussehra festival and come away with the feeling of watching a good crazy entertainer.
You have been choosing different roles in your career. What do you prioritize when choosing stories?
As an actress, I always want to be diverse. I don't want the audience to think that all the films I've acted in are the same. I want them to remember the role I played in a film and remember that film.
That's why I look for unique characters and stories that give me a new experience. Keerthi's role in 'Crazy Kalyanam' is also like that. I think the audience will remember this character with her personality, way of thinking, and her views on relationships.
I don't think I do films just for the money. My desire to try something new and my passion for acting are the main reasons for my choices. I am currently doing films in Tamil and Malayalam back to back. Each of them is completely different from the other. Playing different roles and reinventing myself as an actress gives me real joy.
