She made her acting debut in a Tamil film Nanbangal Narpani Mandram (2015). Her other acting credits include Parasanga (2018), which also marked her debut in Kannada film industry. Meanwhile, Srinivas made her directorial debut with the Telugu film Shekaram Gari Abbayi (2017). Her 2020 release includes Shivarjuna, directed by Shiva Tejass.
